The doctor asks about the symptoms and medical history, and performs a physical exam. Diagnosis is based on common symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis, such as:

    • Exercising in the pool;
    • Breathing exercises (in cases, when there is a disorder of the chest).

Operation

In severe cases, surgery is needed or hip joints, for pain relief and restoration of mobility. In some cases, spinalьnaя necessary surgery, to straighten posture.
