Pharmacological action
Aminosteril N World Hepatitis Alliance Is Revamping – drug for parenteral nutrition (amino acid solution), used in hepatic insufficiency
Normalizes levels of branched and aromatic amino acids in liver failure. Enhances detoxification of ammonia and urea production (does not increase the level of ammonia in the blood after appointment).
Possible introduction in peripheral or central veins.
Testimony
Injecting amino acids in severe violations of the liver, with or without brain disorders (encephalopathy).
Therapy of liver (pechenochnaya coma).
Dosing and Administration
Speed-up to 1,25 ml per kg body weight per hour, what is 0,08 – 0,1 g amino acids on 1 kg body weight patient per hour.
The maximum dose: 1,5 g amino acid per kg body weight per day, ie. 1300 ml/day with the weight of the patient 70 kg.
Side effect
Maybe: hypersensitivity reactions.
Contraindications
Metabolic disorders of amino acids, hyperkalemia, renal dysfunction, decompensated heart failure.
Cautions
The simultaneous introduction of solutions of carbohydrate and fat emulsions. It should be taken into account, that in treatment with the use of parenteral nutrition should not exceed the amount 40 mL/kg/day, the total number of fluid, that injected the patient.
When odnovremennnom the introduction of other drugs should take into account their osmolarity.
Storage conditions
Store in a dark place at a temperature of no higher than 25° c.
