Characteristic.

Pharmacological action.
Antifibrinolytic, hemostatic.

Application.

Bleeding, due hyperfibrinolysis: Uterine, Pulmonary, kidney, perioperative; hypocoagulation phase in DIC, liver cirrhosis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, hemorrhagic syndrome, thrombocytopenic origin.

Contraindications.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding.
