Pharmacological action
Myotropic antispasmodic. It causes relaxation of smooth muscles of internal organs (incl. digestive tract, urinary tract, uterus), acting directly smooth muscle cells (papaverinopodobnoe action). Effectively prevents and eliminates spasms of smooth muscle.
Pharmacokinetics
Once inside alverin absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and metabolized to the active metabolite. Cmax The latter is achieved through 1-1.5 no. The active metabolite is further biotransformation to inactive substance.
Displays in the form of metabolites in urine by active renal secretion.
Testimony
Functional disorders and pain, due to increased tone of the digestive tract (incl. pilorospazm, biliary dyskinesia on hyperkinetic, irritable gallbladder, spasticheskiy colitis, kišečnaâ and how pečenočnaâ), urinary tract (počečnaâ how) and uterus (risk of miscarriage, dysmenorrhoea).
Dosage regimen

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to alverinu.
Cautions
