Pharmacological action
Preparation, regulates the metabolism of cartilage, chondroprotector. It is a concentrate of bioactive shallow marine fish, containing mucopolysaccharides, amino acids, Peptides, sodium ions, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, gland, copper and zinc.
Alflutop prevents the destruction of macromolecular structures of normal tissues, stimulates regeneration processes in the interstitial tissue and articular cartilage tissue, which explains its analgesic effect.
The anti-inflammatory effect and tissue regeneration based on the inhibition of hyaluronidase activity and normalization of biosynthesis hyaluronic acid. These effects are synergistic and cause activation of metabolic processes in the tissues, particularly cartilage tissue, preventing degeneration processes.
Pharmacokinetics
The action of the extract of marine organisms is a combination of its active components, so the study of pharmacokinetic characteristics not possible.
Testimony
- Primary and secondary osteoarthritis of different localization (incl. coxarthrosis, gonartroz, arthrosis of small joints);
- Spondylosis;

Dosage regimen
The drug is prescribed adult.
At polyosteoarthrosis and osteochondrosis Alflutop injected deep into the / m 1 ml / day. A course of treatment – 20 injection – by 1 injection daily for 20 days.
At a primary lesion of the large joints the drug is administered by intra-articular 1-2 ml each joint with the interval between injections 3-4 day. A course of treatment – 5-6 injection in each joint.

Side effect
Rarely: itchy dermatitis, erythema, burning sensation at the injection site, short myalgia.
Rarely: anaphylactic reactions.
In some cases,: a transient increase in pain (With intraarticular injection).
Contraindications
- Pregnancy;
- Lactation (breast-feeding);
- Children's age;
- Hypersensitivity to the drug.

Cautions

Overdose
