Characteristic.

Flavonoid (semi-synthetic derivative of rutin). Yellow powder, soluble in water, glycerin, propylene glycol. Practically insoluble in cold ethanol (forms alkogolyat), ether, benzene, xloroforme.

Pharmacological action.
Venotonic, angioprotektivnoe, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, antioksidantnoe.

Application.

Chronic venous insufficiency with such manifestations, as static heaviness, leg ulcers, trophic skin lesions; phlebeurysm, superficial thrombophlebitis, periphlebitis, fleʙotromʙoz, varicose dermatitis, post-thrombotic syndrome, hemorrhoids, post-traumatic swelling and bruising, hemorrhagic diathesis with increased permeability of the capillaries, kapillyarotoksikoz (incl. measles, scarlet fever, Flu), diabetic microangiopathy, retinopathy, Cardiovascular side effects of radiation therapy; as a preventive measure after surgery on veins.

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, chronic gastritis (exacerbation).

Restrictions apply.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding.

Dosing and Administration.

Inside, locally. Inside (while eating) - At 0.3-0.9 g for 2-4 weeks or more, supportive therapy is 0,3 g / day. Locally used 2% gel, which is applied evenly with a thin layer in the morning and evening to the affected area from the distal to the proximal part, rubbing gently until completely absorbed into the skin. The gel can also be applied under an occlusive dressing.

Precautions.

The gel is applied only on the surface of intact, do not apply to open wounds. Avoid contact of the gel with eyes and mucous membranes. After applying the gel to avoid sun exposure on the treated areas.
