Characteristic.

White or white with a yellow tinge amorphous powder. Soluble in water and alcohol.

Pharmacological action.
Diagnostic.

Application.

Diagnosing pituitary failure in patients with hypothyroid state, diagnostics hypo- agalactiae and women.

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity, organic CNS, epilepsy.

Restrictions apply.

Pregnancy.

Side effects.

Fluctuations in blood pressure, headache, blindness, photophobia, anxiety, Sweating, feeling of a lump in the throat, feeling of pressure in your chest, pituitary apoplexy, abdominal pain, xerostomia, bad taste in mouth, allergic reactions; redness and soreness at the injection site.

Dosing and Administration.

Adults: I / O is introduced 500 g. TSH concentration is measured before and after 30 min after injection.

Babies: 7 mg / kg (to 500 g). Time and frequency measurement of the concentration of TSH are the same, as in adults.
