Characteristic.
White or almost white powder, soluble in water, dilute acids and concentrated alkali, poorly soluble in alcohol, practically insoluble in ether and xloroforme.
Pharmacological action.
Blocking opiate receptors.
Application.
Treatment and diagnosis of acute intoxication with narcotic analgesics, hypotension in septic shock.
Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity.
Restrictions apply.
Organic heart disease, drug dependency to narcotic analgesics, pregnancy, lactation (should stop breastfeeding), childhood.
Side effects.
Nausea, vomiting, tachycardia, hypertension, tremor, violation of cardiac conduction.
Cooperation.
Significantly reduces or stops the effects of narcotic analgesics (agonists, agonists or antagonists).
Dosing and Administration.
In/introduced in 0.4-2 mg drug, with no effect repeat injections at intervals of 2-3 minutes. If breathing is not restored after the introduction 10 mg substance, the diagnosis of poisoning by narcotic analgesics, as a cause of respiratory suppression, questioned.
