Characteristic.

The white crystalline powder odorless, bitter taste. Soluble in water (1:50), dilute hydrochloric acid, almost insoluble in ethanol, boiling water. Solubility in water is increased in the presence of citric and lactic acids. Contains 19% Calcium.

Pharmacological action.
Replenishes calcium deficiency, tonic.

Application.

Hypocalcemia, dystrophy, rickets, reduction in total body resistance (with malnutrition, overstrain, nervous exhaustion).

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity, hypercalcemia, incl. sarcoidosis and bone metastases, treatment of cardiac glycosides.

Side effects.

Allergic reactions.

Dosing and Administration.

Inside, adults - 0.2-0.5 g, children - 0.05-0.2 g reception 2-3 times per day.
